Return & Refund Policy
We understand the nature of an online business and we at Moda by Maryam want to avoid a customer feeling disappointed at all cost. Consequently, we try to avoid returns by:
- Having photography that gives the best possible representation of our products
- Giving you the opportunity to request a WhatsApp video call by messaging this number (+234 8175532331) to get a closer look, or to ask further questions about the specific product you would like to purchase.
However, If a customer would still like to return after purchase, We provide you with the following option
The customer can request a refund (less the cost of delivery) as long as the product is returned in its ORIGINAL condition including original packaging, brand labels and tags. The returned item must also be unaltered, clean and unlaundered.
For a REFUND (less the cost of delivery) to be processed, the customer SHOULD; Make a formal request via email email@example.com) or phone (+234 8175532331) within 1 (ONE) week of receipt of product.
A request will be made to our chosen courier (DHL), to pick up from your location. A handling fee of $10 dollars per (0-2) kg of item you wish to return will be deducted from what was paid for products.
*Please note that this is a severely discounted fee compared to what we actually pay our chosen courier (DHL)
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 10 working days
Unfortunately, we do not currently process exchanges. However, a customer can chose STORE CREDIT rather than a REFUND after the return process and get 20% OFF your next purchase.
